A Christian-grounded healing initiative

From silence to strength.

A safe space for women to reset, reclaim their lives, and begin the journey of restoring dignity, rebuilding strength and renewing life.

You are safe here. You will be heard. You are not alone.

Our work

A gentle bridge between silence and support.

Simuka Tiende Mwanasikana — Her Gentle Reset is a mental health and empowerment initiative dedicated to supporting women who have experienced or are currently experiencing emotional, psychological, financial and physical abuse.

We also walk with women facing life-altering transitions such as widowhood, divorce and single parenthood — particularly those left without financial support, navigating custody battles, or struggling to care for their children alone.

Many women remain in difficult circumstances not because they want to, but because they feel stuck — emotionally, financially or socially. This platform exists to provide a safe, compassionate space where women can begin to process their experiences and be connected to services that can assist them.
